A 65-year-old resident of Larnaca was seriously injured after a fall from a ladder on Monday morning.
The man was in the process of repairing the gutter on the roof of his house in Larnaca. At 8.15am, he fell from a height of about 2.5 metres and suffered spinal injuries and a brain haemorrhage.
He was taken to the emergency department of Larnaca General Hospital by ambulance and later transferred to Nicosia General Hospital due to the severity of his injuries.
