The café culture of Larnaca among youths and elders alike is the heartbeat of the town, with small establishments dotted all around the centre.

The café was first opened a handful of years ago in an old, two storey house in downtown Larnaca but, due to its popularity, had to find a much bigger space to accommodate its eager card players and coffee sippers. That new location is situated opposite the old GSZ stadium and can host over twice the number of people than the former establishment.
Six is very popular among youths who play card games or backgammon for hours on end as well as avid sports fans who get to choose from one of the dozens of flat screen TVs to watch the big matches. This, however, does not deter other people of different ages and interests due to its central location, good quality products and efficient service.
There are a host of computers available for users to surf the net in addition to game consoles where youngsters tend to create a rapturous atmosphere over video games, while there are also bingo nights which draw in large crowds. Those gamers who can’t afford to lose a moment’s concentration will be pleased to know that the café also serves food. From reasonable prices, the kitchen serves up typical bar food like burgers, sandwiches and salads which prove the most common choices as opposed to extravagant dishes, which keeps itself in line with the fast paced vibe of the café.
The interior is modern and sleek, with modern armchairs and tables to go with the brightly decorated walls. There is usually plenty of room to accommodate everyone but it is highly recommended that, on Saturdays and Sundays, you arrive before 11am to avoid the rush of those looking for their caffeine fix.
