Part of the Nicosia-Larnaca highway near Koshi was closed to traffic on Sunday for several hours after an accident, police said. The road was re-opened around 11.30am.
CNA reported that the accident involved a truck and a car but that no one was injured.
Traffic was diverted to the old Larnaca-Nicosia road at the Koshi exit during the closure from around 8.30am.
